Laurie Tsou

Laurie Tsou studied the fine arts at the University of California, Santa Barbara and received a B.A. in Art Studio and a B.A. in Art History. Laurie was later accepted into the Cinematic Arts Graduate Production Program at the University of Southern California and completed her M.F.A. degree in 2011.

Laurie is proud to have had her films screened at the Atlanta Film Festival, Palm Springs International Shorts Fest, San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival, Los Angeles International Shorts Film Festival, Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival, Santa Barbara International Film Festival, USC Don Thompson LGBT Film Festival, Hollywood ShortsFest, and the MNET Television Network.

In addition to her work in film and video, Laurie has exhibited her artwork at the Wallis Annenberg Center of Performing Arts (in partnership with the city of Beverly Hills), the Altadena Arts Collective (online gallery), the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs (online gallery), and the Frogtown Art Walk (Th!s Warehouse Studios).
