About the work
Public art is a permanent program of Inglewood Open Studios, running alongside the annual Art Walk and the year-round studio programs. Where the Art Walk opens private studios for one weekend, these commissions stay in the street — visible to anyone passing, on any day, without an invitation.
Works are commissioned with city and county partners and maintained as civic infrastructure. Each project is documented here so the record outlasts the campaign that funded it.
