Natalie Gómez

My name is Natalie Gómez and I was proudly born and raised in the city of Lennox. Since taking up film photography, I’ve used the medium as an avenue to share my perspective by documenting my loved ones, my travels, and my surroundings, but I want to make an impact with the photos I take. My photography is highly influenced by my Mexican heritage and my pride in growing up in one of the most overlooked parts of LA. I am interested in capturing Lennox and Inglewood before commercialization consumes their unique identities and we lose the essence of both cities. I want to shine a light on the beauty in my experiences and the places I’ve seen for anyone to see. Most of all, I want to make my community proud.
